1. Delete one profile in the Astrynum app
- Open Astrynum and select the Profile tab.
- Select Profiles.
- Select the delete icon beside the profile you want to remove and confirm.
This immediately deletes that profile’s personal and birth details and all number sets saved for that profile from the device. Other profiles, custom lotteries, and app-wide preferences remain. Astrynum requires at least one local profile, so the final remaining profile can only be removed by resetting all app data.
2. Delete all data stored in the Astrynum app
- Open Astrynum.
- Open the Profile tab.
- Scroll down and select Reset data.
- Review the warning and confirm Reset.
This deletes all Astrynum profiles, birth details, saved and favorite number sets, custom lotteries, app preferences, local usage counters, and scheduled Astrynum notifications stored by the app on that device. It also returns the app to onboarding. Deletion occurs immediately after confirmation.
You can alternatively use Android Settings to clear Astrynum's app storage. Uninstalling normally removes app-local data, although operating-system secure storage or user-created exported backups may follow device-specific behavior. Astrynum cannot delete backup files that you exported and stored elsewhere; delete those copies from their storage location yourself.
3. Request deletion from Astrynum
- Email privacy@astrynum.com with the subject Astrynum data deletion request.
- Send the request from the same email address you previously used to contact Astrynum, if applicable.
- Describe which support interaction or information you want deleted. Do not send birth details, backup passwords, identity documents, or other sensitive information unless we specifically need it to verify a request.
Because Astrynum has no account system, there is no username or account ID to provide. We may ask for limited information needed to locate a prior support message and prevent unauthorized deletion.
4. Information deleted or retained
5. Third-party information
If you voluntarily open the map, OpenStreetMap Foundation may independently process network and requested-tile information under its own privacy policy and retention practices. Google Play, your operating system, email provider, website host, and any service where you stored an exported file may also hold information independently. Astrynum cannot delete information controlled solely by those providers; contact the relevant provider directly.
5. More information
Read the Astrynum Privacy Policy for details about local processing, the optional map connection, retention, security, and your privacy rights. Questions about deletion can be sent to privacy@astrynum.com.
