1. Agreement, provider, and eligibility
These Terms of Service form a binding agreement between you and the application publisher identified as the developer or seller in Astrynum's official app-store listing (“Astrynum,” “we,” “us,” or “our”). They govern the mobile app, astrynum.com, updates, and related services (the “Services”). Our Privacy Policy is incorporated by reference.
By installing, accessing, or using the Services, you confirm that you have read and accept these Terms. If you use the Services for an organization, you represent that you may bind it. You must be at least 18 and able to form a contract. Lottery-related features may be used only if you also satisfy the higher legal age and eligibility rules where you live. If you disagree, do not use the Services.
2. What Astrynum provides
Astrynum is a personal number-exploration tool. It applies deterministic numerology methods, an approximate local astronomical model, user-selected scoring weights, and controlled generation methods to present number sets, date resonance, and explanations.
Astrynum is not a lottery operator, betting service, ticket seller, financial adviser, professional astrologer, scientific forecasting service, or source of official draw information.
The Services do not accept wagers, sell or validate tickets, custody money, claim prizes, publish official results, or act on behalf of a lottery operator. Any reference to a lottery is descriptive only.
3. Entertainment-only and responsible use
No calculation, “strongest” ranking, resonance score, transit, aspect, personal number, saved set, or notification can predict a random draw or improve your mathematical odds of winning. Past patterns and personal correspondences do not change the probability of future lottery outcomes.
You are solely responsible for whether and how you participate in a lottery. Confirm game rules, draw times, eligibility, legal age, ticket details, and results with the official operator. Set a spending limit, do not chase losses, do not borrow to gamble, and seek local support if play stops being recreational.
Generated content is not financial, legal, medical, psychological, or other professional advice. Do not make material financial or personal decisions in reliance on it.
4. Accuracy and limitations
Built-in lottery presets are convenience defaults, not a live rules or results feed. Rules and schedules can change. Custom games and manual coordinates depend on the information you enter.
The offline astrology engine uses a compact analytical model intended for date-level personalization. It is not navigation-grade or a substitute for a professional ephemeris. Time zones, historical offsets, birth times, coordinates, and device clock settings can affect outputs.
We do not warrant that descriptions, translations, calculations, presets, schedules, scores, or notifications are complete, current, or error-free. You must independently verify information that matters to you.
5. Your responsibilities
You are responsible for your device, profile entries, lawful use, backups, passwords, exports, and decisions based on app content. You must comply with applicable laws, official lottery rules, platform rules, and third-party service terms.
You must not: use the Services for unlawful, fraudulent, deceptive, commercial-gambling, or harmful conduct; encourage underage or prohibited gambling; interfere with security or operation; introduce malware; scrape or bulk-download map tiles; bypass access or Premium controls; impersonate others; infringe rights; or copy, modify, distribute, sell, sublicense, reverse engineer, or derive source code except to the limited extent such restriction is prohibited by law.
6. License and local content
Subject to these Terms, we grant you a limited, revocable, non-exclusive, non-transferable, non-sublicensable license to install and use Astrynum on devices you own or control for personal, non-commercial purposes. No ownership right is transferred.
You retain rights in information you enter and exports you create. Because profile content is normally local, you are responsible for its accuracy, lawfulness, and recovery. We acquire no license to locally stored content merely because the app processes it. If you voluntarily send content to support, you grant us a limited license to use it only to address the request, protect the Services, or comply with law.
7. Premium features and purchases
Astrynum may offer automatically renewing monthly and annual Premium subscriptions through Google Play. The localized price and billing period shown by Google Play before confirmation control the transaction. Payment is charged to your Google Play account. A subscription renews automatically unless you cancel it through Google Play before the next renewal date. Cancellation stops future renewals but normally does not end access before the paid period expires.
You may restore an eligible purchase from the app. Google Play processes payment credentials and the app checks subscription ownership directly through Google Play Billing. Because Astrynum uses client-only purchase handling rather than a separate verification server, entitlement changes may not appear until the app next connects to Google Play. Refunds, charge disputes, cancellation rights, taxes, trials, grace periods, and currency conversion are governed by applicable law and the terms shown by Google Play. We may suspend Premium access when Google Play reports that a purchase expired, was refunded, reversed, or is otherwise inactive.
8. Intellectual property and feedback
Astrynum's name, logo, interface, original text, and software are owned by or licensed to the publisher and are protected by applicable intellectual-property laws. These terms grant you a limited, personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable right to use the app for its intended purpose.
OpenStreetMap data and tiles are provided under their respective attribution, licensing, terms, and usage policies. Lottery names may be trademarks of their respective owners. Astrynum is not sponsored, endorsed, or operated by those lottery organizations.
If you voluntarily provide ideas or feedback, you permit us to use them without restriction or compensation, provided this does not grant us ownership of your personal data or app profile.
9. Third-party services
The optional map connects to OpenStreetMap Foundation services. External links and platform services are governed by their own terms. We are not responsible for third-party availability, content, data handling, or changes. Map access is best-effort and may be unavailable.
10. Availability, updates, and force majeure
We may update, suspend, discontinue, add, or remove features. We do not promise uninterrupted or error-free operation, compatibility with every device, permanent availability of a feature, or preservation of local data. Keep your own protected backup before changing devices or installing major updates.
We are not responsible for delay or failure caused by events reasonably beyond our control, including platform outages, network failure, device changes, legal restrictions, disasters, labor disputes, or third-party service interruption.
11. App-store terms
If you downloaded Astrynum from Apple or Google, these Terms are between you and the Astrynum publisher, not the store operator. The store operator has no obligation to provide maintenance or support and is not responsible for the Services, except for obligations it cannot disclaim under its platform terms or law. Your use must comply with the applicable store's usage rules. Store operators and their subsidiaries may be third-party beneficiaries of this section where their terms require it.
12. Disclaimers
To the extent permitted by law, Astrynum is provided “as is” and “as available,” without warranties of accuracy, merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, non-infringement, availability, or results. Nothing in these terms excludes warranties or consumer rights that cannot lawfully be excluded.
We make no warranty that any generated set will win, receive a prize, match a draw, be accepted by an operator, or produce a particular emotional, spiritual, or financial outcome. You assume the risk of using and relying on the Services.
13. Limitation of liability
To the extent permitted by law, the publisher will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive loss; loss of data, winnings, profits, or opportunity; lottery spending or losses; reliance on generated content; or third-party services. Where liability cannot be excluded, it is limited only to the extent the law permits. Mandatory consumer protections remain unaffected.
Nothing excludes liability for fraud, fraudulent misrepresentation, willful misconduct, death or personal injury caused by negligence, or any liability that law does not allow us to exclude or limit.
14. Indemnity
To the extent permitted by law, and only if you use the Services for business purposes or through unlawful or intentional misconduct, you will defend and indemnify the publisher against third-party claims and reasonable costs arising from that misuse, your violation of these Terms, or your infringement of another person's rights. This clause does not apply where prohibited by consumer law.
15. Suspension and termination
You may stop using Astrynum at any time and delete local data through the app or device settings. We may restrict access to future online or paid services for material misuse, subject to applicable law. Terms that by their nature should survive termination—including intellectual property, disclaimers, and liability limitations—will survive.
16. Governing law and disputes
These Terms are governed by the laws applicable at the publisher's principal place of business, without regard to conflict-of-law rules, except that mandatory consumer law in your country of residence remains applicable. Courts at that principal place will have non-exclusive jurisdiction unless your mandatory local law gives you another forum.
Before starting formal proceedings, email support@astrynum.com with a description of the dispute and requested resolution. The parties will attempt in good faith to resolve it informally for 30 days. This does not prevent either party seeking urgent relief or using a small-claims or consumer procedure where available.
17. General terms
These Terms and the Privacy Policy are the entire agreement about the Services and supersede prior statements on that subject. If a provision is unenforceable, it will be enforced to the maximum lawful extent and the remainder stays effective. Failure to enforce a provision is not a waiver. You may not assign these Terms without our consent; we may assign them with the Services subject to law. Headings are for convenience. “Including” means “including without limitation.” No agency, employment, partnership, fiduciary, or joint venture relationship is created.
18. Changes and contact
We may revise these Terms for product, legal, security, or operational reasons. The effective date and version will change. Where required, material changes will be communicated and consent requested. Continued use after revised Terms take effect constitutes acceptance only where permitted by law.
